The production process of Lovells springs utilises the latest available technologies; the steel treatment temperature is electronically and precisely controlled at every stage. Finally, each spring is tested and powder-coated with a thick layer of paint.

Spring Versions:

Front Springs:

• Medium: 0-50 kg additional load (no equipment or light winch in the original bumper)
• Heavy Duty: 51-100 kg additional load (steel bumper plus winch)

Rear Springs:

• Medium: 0-100 kg additional vehicle load - light additional equipment, gas tank
• Heavy Duty: 100-300 kg additional load - additional bumper, wheel carrier, drawer system, roof tent. For vehicles intended for expeditions, always choose HD rear suspension.
