Delivery

  1. We deliver orders throughout Poland and to selected countries within the European Union.

  2. Shipments are handled by courier companies, parcel lockers, or – in the case of oversized items – special transport services.

  3. The delivery cost depends on the chosen carrier, the weight, and the dimensions of the ordered products. Delivery costs are always displayed in the shopping cart before placing the order.

  4. The standard order processing time is 2 to 7 business days (for products available in stock). For made-to-order products, the lead time may be longer – we will always inform the customer in advance.

  5. Customers receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details via email once the order has been dispatched.


Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send us a clear statement (e.g. by using the return form, email, or registered letter).

  3. Goods must be returned promptly, no later than 14 days after informing us about the withdrawal.

  4. The return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

  5. Returned products must be complete and show no signs of excessive use.

  6. In the case of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from the consumer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly – no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

  7. Refunds will be made using the same payment methods as in the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to a different method.


Complaints

  1. All products we offer are brand new and covered by the manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty.

  2. If a defect is found, the customer has the right to file a complaint. Complaints can be submitted by email or in writing, including a description of the defect and proof of purchase.

  3. We process complaints within 14 days of receipt.

  4. If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced with a new one, or refunded.
