Terms and conditions

Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once funds are credited to our account.

Online and card payments are processed immediately after confirmation of the transaction.

If the order is not paid within 7 business days, it will be cancelled.
Refunds

In the event of withdrawal from the contract or an accepted complaint, refunds are made using the same payment method as originally used, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are issued no later than 14 calendar days after the return or complaint has been accepted.
