Front Bumper HD3 with Lights and Light Covers for Land Rover Discovery 1

HD3 box bumper with a built-in winch mounting plate, dedicated to Land Rover Discovery I (1989-1998).

Bumper construction:

The bumper components are made from high-strength structural steel with thicknesses of 3, 4, and 5 mm, laser cut and bent on CNC presses. The bumper is painted in a black semi-matt finish using a new two-layer powder coating technology. Additional side reinforcements provide even greater durability and resistance to extreme off-road conditions.

Bumper features:

• Built-in headlights (H3 55W), daytime running lights (P21W 12V), or fog lights (H3 55W), which do not protrude beyond the bumper, reducing the risk of damage while driving in challenging terrain.
• The built-in lights are replaceable without the need to disassemble the bumper and are widely available in automotive stores.
• The bumper does not have holes for MP shackle mounts, but it has two built-in shackle mounts that do not protrude beyond the bumper, enhancing its functionality.
• It features an integrated, reinforced winch plate for up to 13000 lbs with holes allowing for central winch mounting. For winches with a long motor, the mounting can be adjusted, which can be done on request.
• The mounted winch is concealed within the bumper, which in most winch models eliminates the need to trim the plastic cover. At the same time, the rope on the drum is visible, and it is possible to operate the winch clutch.
• The winch guides are hidden within the bumper outline, providing an aesthetic appearance and protection.
• It is an excellent combination of strength and lightweight, aesthetically crafted, with edges tailored to the vehicle's contours, enhancing aerodynamics.
• It has sockets for the use of a hi-lift jack, increasing its versatility.
• It allows for the installation of washers and has holes for mounting additional lighting, enhancing functionality in difficult conditions.
• The bumper installation does not require any modifications to the vehicle's structure, making it simple and quick!
• The bumper is an off-road bumper and, like all bumpers of this type, does not have homologation.

Included: bumper with either high beam lights or fog lights (your choice), a set of mounting bolts of appropriate strength, and a set of caps (for washer and hi-lift holes). We also include a certified shackle rated at 3.25 t. The package also includes light covers for the bumper.

The bumper is compatible with HD3 rod covers for Disco1.
